Utility Locate Process
Remember to contact Texas811 before you dig!

If you are digging or trenching, you need to contact Texas811 and City Hall before you dig.
Texas811 will locate all utilities except for water and sewer. You have to contact both to locate all utilities.
You will need to provide the following information when you call City Hall at 940-567-6321.
- Give your Name
- Contact Number
- Location of locate
- And please let the front desk know if this is an emergency locate or if you have a date when the locate needs to be completed.
After Hours Locate: - Call the Jacksboro Sheriff Department at 940-567-2161.
They will get information from you regarding the locate, then dispatch out to the on-call phone.
