Tourism Activity Funds
The City of Jacksboro collects hotel occupancy taxes (HOT) from each hotel located within the city limits. These funds are made available to organizations in the community for qualifying events that increase tourism activity. We will gladly review all applications we received for the distribution of HOT funds. Some organizations who have previously benefited from the HOT funds are:
- Friends of Fort Richardson
- Jack County Museum
- Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce
